Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product type, dimensions, case quantity, delivery address, and other specifications.

If we need to modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided during checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

HOMAPLAST serves both individual and commercial customers, including restaurants, retailers, food-service businesses, and other organizations. Products purchased through our Services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and may not be used for unlawful purposes.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or system errors.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

HOMAPLAST is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address.

HOMAPLAST also offers Free Local Delivery to eligible addresses in select South Florida areas. Eligibility, service areas, delivery schedules, and other applicable conditions are described in our Shipping & Local Delivery Policy.

Available shipping and delivery options will be presented at checkout based on the customer's delivery address and order.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible standard products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, eligible products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.

If a return results from an error by HOMAPLAST or the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, HOMAPLAST will cover applicable return shipping costs.

If an eligible return is requested because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size or product, or for another reason not caused by HOMAPLAST, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom-printed, personalized, or specially manufactured products are final sale except when damaged, defective, or inconsistent with the approved order specifications.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

HOMAPLAST may offer custom printing, personalized packaging, special orders, or other customized products.

Custom orders may require additional information, artwork, specifications, quantities, approvals, or payment arrangements before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable artwork, spelling, logos, dimensions, colors, quantities, and other specifications before production.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, it may not be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged except where HOMAPLAST determines that the finished product is defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved specifications.

By submitting logos, artwork, trademarks, designs, or other materials for custom printing, you represent that you own or have permission to use those materials and authorize HOMAPLAST to use them solely as necessary to fulfill your order.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content available through our Services, including trademarks, logos, product names, text, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, and website content, is owned by HOMAPLAST, its affiliates, licensors, or applicable third parties and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

HOMAPLAST is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and HOMAPLAST.

Shopify is not the seller of HOMAPLAST products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, delivery, returns, or other aspects of purchases made directly from HOMAPLAST.
