SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

HOMAPLAST offers shipping throughout the United States, as well as free local delivery to eligible customers in select areas of South Florida.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY – SOUTH FLORIDA

HOMAPLAST offers FREE local delivery with no minimum order requirement, starting from one case, to eligible addresses within our designated South Florida delivery area.

Our local delivery service currently covers select areas of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, generally from the Homestead area north through West Palm Beach.

Free local delivery is available only to qualifying addresses within our established delivery routes and does not apply to all addresses within these counties.

Local deliveries are made once per week according to our scheduled delivery routes. Delivery days may vary depending on the customer's location and route schedule.

Eligibility for Free Local Delivery is determined by the delivery address provided at checkout. If your address qualifies, the Free Local Delivery option will be displayed during checkout.

If Free Local Delivery does not appear as an available option at checkout, the address is outside our current local delivery area.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA

For customers outside HOMAPLAST's Free Local Delivery area, including customers elsewhere in Florida and throughout the United States, available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressly stated.

Shipping costs and estimated transit times depend on factors such as the destination, order size and weight, and the shipping carrier and service selected by the customer at checkout.

HOMAPLAST does not determine or guarantee carrier transit times. Once an order has been transferred to the selected shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations, schedules, and applicable terms.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed as promptly as possible after payment has been successfully received.

Shipping and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING DELAYS

HOMAPLAST is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address at checkout.

Additional shipping or delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@homaplastshop.com.

We may request photographs of the products, packaging, and shipping label to help us evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Hay tres detalles importantes que quedan muy claros:

FREE Local Delivery ≠ Free Shipping nationwide. Solo las direcciones elegibles de las rutas locales del sur de Florida reciben delivery gratis.

Para el resto de Estados Unidos, el cliente paga el método de envío que seleccione en checkout.

Y tampoco prometemos que absolutamente todo Miami-Dade, Broward y Palm Beach tenga delivery gratis. Decimos “select areas” y aproximadamente Homestead → West Palm Beach, porque la elegibilidad final la determinará la dirección.

Eso nos permitirá después configurar Shopify para que el checkout haga exactamente lo que dice la política.

Yo copiaría esta política en Shipping policy y la guardaría. ✅ Después de eso, el siguiente paso importante sería configurar en Shopify Free Local Delivery para las zonas elegibles, para que la política y el checkout coincidan.
